About the Fund

• The Fund has been structured as an ‘open-ended fund’, and has elected to be a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE).
• The investment objective of the Fund is to provide capital growth over the long term by investing in a portfolio of global private equity investments through its holding in the Underlying Fund.
• The Underlying Fund is managed by TPG Inc. (TPG). TPG is a leading global alternative asset manager with US$306b in assets under management as of 31 March 2026. TPG was established in 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in investing and building businesses.
